Not picking on anyone, just something I noticed

You guys have your diet down pretty much, but the exercise is lacking (Diablo 3 Gold)... I see a lot of "if I feel like it" or "maybe"s

Just a suggestion, nobody ever feels like a brutal workout - it's not until AFTER it's over that you feel amazing. The hardest part is getting started. if you can plan your meals out in advance, you can plan your workouts in advance.

Weight loss isn't just about diet.... exercise will help you utilize that food better and it will help speed up your metabolism.

I would suggest making a fitness goal - run a 5K before the year is over, bench 100lbs, hike a mountain, etc.... you all seem to have weight goals, but no fitness goals...seems like as long as your heart rate is slightly elevated, you're fine with that - maybe it's just me, but that doesn't seem very interesting - how do you track your progress (Diablo 3 Gold)? Same old scale in the bathroom?

Of course this is coming from someone who has the opposite problem - I work out a lot and I don't think about my diet enough! Just my .02 - different perspectives and all that.
